In short – no – The Momentum8 Program is a mindset and habit-change program that teaches you the necessary habits and mindset to achieve – and maintain – your optimal health goals.

While we spend a lot of time teaching mindful eating and creating the most effective way to eat and exercise for you, the Momentum8 Program is a complete lifestyle program…which means we incorporate ALL 5 of the most important aspects of lasting results and healthy living, which requires much more than a short-term, strict diet:

  • Energizing Nutrition
  • Everyday Fitness
  • Optimal Hydration
  • Recovery
  • Stress Management

*All of these factors must be addressed in your life…if you’re lacking in one area, you run the risk of seeing little to no results or worse, seeing results but then falling off-track yet again.

While I can pretty much guarantee that if you remain committed to all the components of The Momentum8 Program)…you will experience physical results including fat loss ranging from 5-6 pounds (on average), increasing precious muscle, and losing inches.

We get it is hard to balance work, family, and life…but we also have to acknowledge that if we want change, we have to make changes.

The time commitment:

  • 1 HOUR ON MONDAYS:
    Attend one live group coaching session on Zoom. Mondays at 7pm ET.
  • 20-30 MINUTES WEEKLY:
    Watch the weekly educational videos at a time that works for you.
  • 5-10 MINUTES DAILY:
    Check in to our app to check your habits and read or watch our daily content that will set the tone for your day.
