One-on-one sessions, customized for your unique needs and goals. Personal Training sessions last one hour. At the first session, I do a fitness evaluation that includes testing strength, flexibility, and endurance along with a complete medical history and exercise profile of what you enjoy doing for exercise and what you don’t enjoy. Next, I develop your personal training program based on what you want to accomplish and what you like and don’t like to do. During the next visit or Zoom meeting, I show you the program exercises. The program may use items found in your home – from soup cans to couches. You can purchase an inexpensive balance ball or elastics to work out with. Some clients will buy hand weights.
In between sessions, I have all my clients fill out an exercise and food log, using pen & paper, or my Fitting Fitness In app. Logging helps us to work out how to get the most out of your food choices, respect portion control guidelines, and ensure you are getting the proper nutrients.
