On this page, you’ll find everything you need to make your Virtual Fitness™ experience a rewarding and enjoyable one. This page is strictly for Virtual Fitness™ clients. Remember — keep your login information confidential. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Below is a complete list of downloadable forms, diaries, and logs. The ones you’ll be using most often are the food log, fitness diary, and strength program diary. Simply click on the link and save the document to your hard drive. Then, print the form(s) and fill in as needed. Before our weekly phone call, e-mail or fax me the right forms (don’t worry – I’ll let you know which ones I’m expecting from you).
