Improve your flexibility, bone density, core and balance – a class for all ages!

This Fusion Fitness class incorporates strength training with TRX® Suspension Trainer, weights, pilates, and yoga. Class begins with a five-to-ten minute warm up that consists of low and moderate impact aerobics, forty minutes of strength training and ten minutes of stretching. This class runs twice a week for consecutive sessions. Each session a new exercise program is introduced and continued throughout the session. Taught by Certified Trainers from Fitting Fitness In™.

Sessions

  • Session 1: Jan 6 – Jan 29 – M, W, 5:45am (No class 1/20 – class on 1/24)
  • Session 2: Feb 3  – Feb 26 –  M, W, 5:45am
  • Session 3: Mar 10 – Mar 26 – M, W, 5:45am (3 weeks)
  • Session 4: Mar 31 – Apr 30 – M, W, 5:45am (No class 4/21 & 4/23)
  • Session 5: May 5 – May 28 – M,W, 5:45am
  • Session 6: Jun 2- Jun 20 – M,W,F 5:45am (3 weeks of 3x/wk)
  • Session 7: Jul 15 – Aug 12 – T 7:00pm  NEW TIME – Now 7pm evening class on Tuesdays
  • Session 8: Aug 19 – Sep 30 – T 7:00pm (no class on 9/16)
  • Session 9: Oct 2 – Nov 18  – T 7:00pm (no class on 11/11)
