Lorae McCall is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, USA Triathlon Certifed Coach, IM=X Certified Pilates instructor, TRX certified Instructor, AASDN Nutrition Specialist and a Mad Dogg certified Spinning instructor. She has been working as a personal trainer and endurance coach and teaching muscle strengthening and spinning classes for several years. In her free time, she enjoys competing in triathlons, marathons and other endurance races.
Lorae believes that a regular fitness routine and healthy eating habits can help people of any age or fitness level to improve their overall health, wellness, and quality of life. She enjoys working with people who want to make a change in their health or approach to exercise and is passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals. Lorae likes to help clients set up an individualized exercise program based on their goals that will fit with their lifestyle and interests. As a working mother of three boys, she understands the challenge of balancing exercise with the other responsibilities that people have in their lives.
